The Process
We do not onboard. We do not pitch. The entry is deliberately narrow.

A private 45-minute conversation. We listen for what is actually being asked underneath the request. No sales call.
If the fit is right, we move into a structured diagnostic — your situation, your constraints, what success would mean in one year, in five.
A written engagement letter sets the terms. Cadence, scope, confidentiality. From here, the work begins — and it goes where it needs to go.
